Mission Statement
Our primary responsibility is to our customers and our community.
Quality craftsmanship as well as high standards of health and safety shall be built into every home. Honesty is
our guiding principal.
History
The Union County Builders Association began in August of 1973. The Association has always stood for honest,
integrity, and cooperation, in all phases of community life.
Although its primary purpose was to improve building proactices in Union County, the UCBIA also believes that by
working together with local government agencies, we can improve the quality of homes built.
The UCBIA's constitution and By-Laws state the objectives, ethics, and qualifications for membership.
The BIA feels that a Code of Ethics is necessary in order to earn and maintain the trust and respect of the customer,
business community and local government.
Community Involvement
Community Focus has always been a focus of the UCBIA. That's way every year the UCBIA donates time and money
to the events that benefit the local commuinty.
These events are just a way to give back to the community what it has given to each business represented by the
organization.
The UCBIA is proud of its community involvement, and will continue to expand its community outreach. We hope you
